Possible New Look

a sketched proposal of what Grace may look like in the next book, set 2 years further on in time. (making grace 16-17 years old)  User feedback has been used to create each version from the previous one, that is retained so that user feedback still makes sense when read.

a 1st sketch of grace's redesign for community suggestions.
-new hair style
-shorter eyes
- open back dress (for wings) as suggested by the fans
-more adult body

I've made the changes that everyone is in agreement on
- bust was too large.  reduced in size
- hips and bum toned down and waist line improved

- redesigned her head

I've always refereed to Grace as my "Tin Tin" a character whose design is noticably older in style to those around her, but that I can't update, because she'd stop looking like grace (just like Tin Tin... seriously, look at a Tin Tin book and you'll see what I mean)

By updating her hair and eyes, Grace's old head ball frame work (so old no other character I ever draw uses it anymore) suddenly looks squashed because her forehead has been pushed down to where it should be... I therefore had to upgrade her head ball to a more modern one and holly cow for the 1st time ever the newer head ball actually looks like grace.  I don't think I'll be using the old flawed head ball ever again.  I am happy ^^
